{"id":42,"date":"2021-03-29T23:31:22","date_gmt":"2021-03-30T03:31:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/newyorkwagyu.com\/?p=42"},"modified":"2021-04-17T13:56:26","modified_gmt":"2021-04-17T17:56:26","slug":"grilled-wagyu-ribeye-steaks-with-red-wine-glaze","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/newyorkwagyu.com\/index.php\/grilled-wagyu-ribeye-steaks-with-red-wine-glaze\/","title":{"rendered":"Grilled Wagyu Ribeye Steaks with Red Wine Glaze"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b><i>Serves 2<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<hr>\n<p>1 <strong>Wagyu 16oz Boneless Ribeye Steak<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>1.5 tsp <strong>Butter<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>1 cup <strong>Dry Red Wine<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>1 <strong>Shallot<\/strong> &#8211; <em>finely chopped<\/em><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>1 handful <strong>fresh Flat-Leaf Parsley<\/strong> or <strong>Rosemary<\/strong> &#8211; <em>chopped for garnish<\/em><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><strong>Sea Salt<\/strong> and <strong>Fresh Ground Black Pepper<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr>\n<h3>Directions<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Season steak generously with sea salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Grill on each side for 4 minutes, transfer to a cutting board and allow to rest for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Meanwhile, heat \u00bd a teaspoon of butter in a skillet. Add shallots and cook over medium heat until slightly browned and tender.<\/li>\n<li>Add wine to skillet and de-glaze the pan.
